Assistant Manager - Downtown Disney

Summary

Ghirardelli is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to assist in running the operations of our Lake Buena Vista (Downtown Disney), FL location. The right individual will uphold the integrity and promote the image of Ghirardelli through effective management of store operations and guest services. By working closely with the Management Team, Shop Personnel, the Regional Manager and appropriate Corporate Personnel she/he will obtain optimum performance and brand recognition.

Prior Restaurant Management experience is required. A minimum of 3 years at a managerial level for a casual serve dining or higher establishment is required. A minimum of a High School graduate education is required. Applicant must be able to work in the U.S., no sponsorship is available for this position. Relocation within the U.S. will be considered for highly qualified individuals.
